Production Checker

Responsibilities

  • Checking and packing of plastic products for car radio & temperature control panels
  • Report quality problems to immediate superior
  • Housekeeping of workstations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor or management

Requirements

  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Meticulous
  • Team player and able to work under pressure and fast pace
  • Able to support Overtime (At least 3 times a week)
  • Singaporean/SPR only
  • No Experience is required and Training provided

Production Operator (Painting) x 3

Responsibilities

  • Checking and packing of plastic products for car radio and temperature control panels
  • Operating painting machines (To spray paint on plastic products)
  • Mixing of paint and adjust colour accordingly
  • Housekeeping of workstations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor or management

Requirements

  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Able to withstand warm environment
  • Able to withstand paint smell (mask provided)
  • Meticulous
  • Team player and able to work under pressure and fast pace
  • Able to perform heavy work tasks
  • Able to support Overtime (At least 3 times a week)
  • Singaporean/SPR only
  • No Experience is required and Training provided

Purchaser

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for purchasing function
  • To create, maintain and process purchase order
  • Planning & liaising and follow-up with vendors for shipment/ delivery schedule
  • Manage supplier performances
  • Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior
  • Prepare material plan
  • Sourcing for suppliers
  • Supplier analysis and negotiations
  • Be the main contact and maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply
  • Follow SOP procurement processes
  • Implement cost reduction activities

Requirements

  • Singaporean or SPR
  • Must be bilingual (Chinese & English)
  • Diploma and above
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (Preferably in relevant plastic electronic/automotive industry)
